Please read this policy carefully before placing an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Return Policy.
2. Proof Approval and Customer Responsibility
Before printing your business cards, we provide a digital proof for your review and approval. By approving a proof, you accept full responsibility for:
- The accuracy of all content, including text, design elements, and layout
- The correctness of spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- The suitability of the design, colors, and overall appearance
We will not be responsible for errors or issues in the final printed materials if they appeared in the proof you approved. Please review your proof carefully before giving approval.
3. Inspection Period
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your business cards promptly. If you find any issues, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team at info@klaxthran.world.
4. Eligible Returns
We accept returns and provide replacements or refunds in the following cases:
Printing Errors
If your cards contain printing errors that were not present in the approved proof, such as:
- Color variations significantly different from the approved proof
- Blurry or pixelated images
- Misaligned elements
- Ink smudges or streaks
- Incorrect cutting or trimming
Material Defects
If your cards have material defects, such as:
- Damaged or bent cards
- Paper quality issues
- Warping or delamination
Order Errors
If we made an error in fulfilling your order, such as:
- Sending the wrong product
- Sending the wrong quantity
- Using the wrong material
5. Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns or provide replacements or refunds in the following cases:
- Errors in text, design, or layout that were present in the proof you approved
- Subjective dissatisfaction with design elements that were accurately represented in the approved proof
- Minor color variations that are within normal printing tolerances
- Orders that have been customized to your specifications and do not have manufacturing or printing defects
- Orders reported after the 7-day inspection period
- Damage that occurred during or after your use of the products
6. Return Process
If you need to return your order, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@klaxthran.world within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the problem.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the items and issue a return authorization number.
- Return the items in their original packaging, if possible, with the return authorization number clearly marked.
- Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service team.
7. Replacements and Refunds
Replacements
For eligible returns, we will typically offer to reprint and replace your order at no additional cost. This is our preferred solution as it allows us to correct any issues and ensure you receive the high-quality eco-friendly business cards you ordered.
Replacement orders will be processed as quickly as possible, generally within the same production timeframe as a new order.
Refunds
In some cases, when a replacement is not desired or feasible, we may offer a full or partial refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times for refunds vary depending on your payment method:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
8. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error or a defect in the product, we will reimburse your return shipping costs. We will either provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of a shipping receipt.
If the return is for any other reason, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for different products. If you wish to exchange your order for a different product, you will need to return the original order (subject to this Return Policy) and place a new order for the desired product.
10. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it enters production without any penalty. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@klaxthran.world with your order number and a request to cancel.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled. This is typically after proof approval or 24 hours after order placement if no proof review is required.

As an eco-friendly business card provider, we are committed to reducing waste. When dealing with returns:
- We recycle all returned business cards in an environmentally responsible manner.
- We optimize our replacement process to minimize environmental impact.
- We continuously improve our quality control to reduce the need for reprints.

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
